Pauline Alvis

Pauline Alvis brings more than 26 years of nursing experience and over 20 years in clinical marketing and healthcare business development to her role as Director of Business Development. A Licensed Practical Nurse with infusion certification, Pauline blends strong clinical knowledge with proven leadership in driving business growth and strengthening referral partnerships.

She has held Marketing Director and Business Development roles across inpatient medical rehabilitation, acute care, home health, hospice, and skilled nursing settings. Most recently, she led marketing and admissions for an acute inpatient rehabilitation hospital, overseeing clinical pre-screens, Medicare compliance benchmarks, physician relations, and strategic growth initiatives.

Pauline’s background in ICU, ER, telemetry, hospice, and private duty nursing allows her to effectively communicate clinical value to physicians, case managers, patients, and families. She is skilled in sales strategy, team development, budgeting, and market analysis, with a strong focus on building lasting relationships and achieving measurable results.

Pauline holds an Associate Degree in General Studies/EMT and earned her LPN from Copiah-Lincoln College. She is passionate about aligning clinical excellence with organizational growth.
