LaJessica Conway, BSN, MBA, serves as Director of Patient Outcomes at Shreveport Rehabilitation Hospital, where she leads initiatives focused on improving clinical outcomes, care coordination, and the patient experience. She partners with interdisciplinary teams to implement quality improvement strategies that support safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

With extensive experience in nursing leadership and clinical operations, LaJessica has served in leadership roles including Nurse Manager and Nursing Supervisor of Clinical Operations. She brings expertise in performance improvement, evidence-based practice, and operational excellence, with a strong focus on enhancing quality metrics, strengthening team collaboration, and improving patient outcomes.

LaJessica earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University and a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport. She is passionate about fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement that empowers healthcare teams to deliver exceptional inpatient medical rehabilitation care.
