Brent Martin

Brent brings 36 years of healthcare experience across hospital operations, finance and business development. He has served as a CEO for almost 20 years in Louisiana and Ohio in Long Term Acute Care Hospitals and Behavioral Health Hospitals. Brent has been recruited to lead organizations that were struggling to achieve desired clinical and financial performance and drive both clinical outcomes and financial performance above expected targets. During the pandemic, he facilitated remodels, change of services and creating separate units to accommodate the needs of patients and assisted other healthcare entities with bed management while keeping current with all regulatory requirements. Brent started his career as a Respiratory Therapist and earned a bachelor degree in hospital management from Louisiana Tech University followed by earning a master in business administration from Walden University. He is committed to his community by serving on the Executive Council Boy Scouts of America and he is a Shreveport Bossier Executive Association member. Brent has received several leadership awards from the Shreveport City Council and LifeCare.
